    Nope. I haven’t gone raw vegan yet. But I’ve stopped most dairy now. Only a bit of properly fermented goat and sheep cheese and some raw unprocessed milk. I’m feeling my way with this, one step at a time.

    Being vegetarian since my late teens didn’t prevent this. I blame the highly processed milk “products”. Even “whole” milk is fractionated, heat dried and recombined. You’re right to stay away from processed milk and “cheese” with raw/vegan.

    Now I’ve eliminated seed/bean oils which are technically vegan and may sometimes be considered “raw”. Olive oil is it for me. And I ferment a lot of food now. Lacto-fermentaion is raw vegan with an extra-healthy edge. I think my improving health is from this. But this is only a theory.
