    • Hi Sheri, indeed I too am a consumer of Apple products, technologically they make sense to me. However… ever since Steve Jobs passed on, the corporate climate of Apple has changed for the worse. It certainly isn’t just about the money, I’m sure dirty politics play a role. In order to nullify our first amendment rights: which says that people have the right to speak freely without government interference, local & national gov’t can not allow a corporate entity to usurp our freedoms. The fact that a company would use technology to do such a thing speaks of systemic corruption. Either Apple was coerced by Washington, or Apple has gone corporate mainstream (controlled by Wall St.) and has become just another vehicle for power and greed. I will vehemently oppose Apple products if this is the case, and tell all my friends to do the same. Their slave labors practices aren’t winning new fans either, this is the last straw! I hope you are well Sheri, didn’t mean to upset you too much, but rather to empower us with awareness do we can all make informed decisions that’ll hopefully make a difference. I pray it doesn’t get worse, but like you, I’ll try to make this reality a bit better every day. Be well. ♥
