This week, Johnny chose the theme: Spite – Is it always a negative? While babysitting at the neighbor’s this afternoon, staring into a baby’s fresh innocent eyes, it’s clear that spite must be a learned behavior which can be overcome from within. It is said that all human emotions stem from either love or fear, yet we’re born with innate love and instinctual fear, both necessary for survival. Since we are an embodied spirit living a physical existence, we can not dismiss any experience positive or negative if we wish to learn from it. Our actions and choices are relative to our level of consciousness, so to answer Johnny – it depends on what we want to accomplish. Be warned however that spite has a way of boomeranging! 😉

Deutsch certainly does lend itself well to both curses and blessings. Are the last two young men whom you know? SPITE seems a little like an alien impulse to you. I am glad. So glad. I know Mozart wrote most of his operas in German and Italian, but also a devotional piece in Latin as well. What gave you the idea I know these nice young men? 😉
Just lucky I figured it out early, but I’m sure we’ve all gone thru our hissyfit spiteful stage. All part of our wondrous human experience. Onward and upward as the saying goes…
