WADA is just as corrupt and sold out as the World Bank and IMF. They all have specific agendas, and their actions serve only Washington politically, economically.
Firstly, where is the hard evidence? Show me proof that Russian athletes are doping, there should be definitive drug results. Secondly, it is ludicrous to ban an entire country from participating in the Olympics due to the actions of a few. If that is the case then NO country would be eligible to compete! What a sham.
Personally if we were all honest about sports, we would have to acknowledge that drugs are an integral part of competition at the highest level. That being the case, every nation should stop being hypocrites and legalize all performance enhancing drugs to level the playing field. Every athlete wants to perform at their absolute best, that is human nature. Doping shouldn’t be a moral issue, it’s neither good or bad, as long as everyone is upfront and honest about it, then athletes should not be penalized for using gear!
These baseless innuendoes and false allegations about Russia’s conspiracy without a single proof, conveniently stating that FSB destroyed all the positive lab samples is a total farce, and only hurt WADA’s credibility. It’s time to eliminate this whole layer of useless bureaucracy and ban all drug testing, shut down Wada/ USADA and just let the spirit of sport fly. Very nice reporting Lada!
