Wisconsin Supreme Court rules that cops do not need warrants to enter homes and seize evidence, effectively doing away with the Fourth Amendment.

In a 4-3 decision, the Wisconsin Supreme Court just killed the rights of citizens outlined in the Fourth Amendment by stating that police officers may enter a home, or parts of the home, without a warrant and can seize evidence to use in the arrest and prosecution of citizens.

    • Yes sad indeed. This decision is blatantly unconstitutional and that supreme court justice should be removed. This story will not be exposed on MSM so majority of ppl won’t even know about it. In order to restore the constitution, we would need massive uprising and protest from the ppl, but that requires enough of the population to actually give a damn and do something about it. Otherwise the corruption just continues unabated.
