U Of MN Is Recruiting Medical Professionals To Participate In Study Of Hydroxychorolquine In Treating COV-19

Gronda this is brilliant! The FDA is now fast tracking a new drug combo: Cuomo made his remarks at a lengthy press conference where he announced that the state is receiving 10,000 doses of the drug combination hydroxychloroquine and Zithromax from FDA, which will be used in a clinical trial. Earlier in the week, the Democratic governor said he would call for New York to be “first in line” for the trial.

This post is for front-line medical professionals who’ve recently had contact with someone known to be infected with the coronavirus, either as healthcare workers or from those who’ve had household contact with an infected person. They can become party to a promising research study as described below, being conducted by the University of Minnesota and led by Dr. Matt Pullen.
