BREAKING: CDC, FDA faked “covid” testing protocol by using human cells mixed with common cold virus fragments… PCR tests are merely detecting the common cold

(Natural News) In a shocking revelation first reported by Dan Dicks of Press for Truth (Canada), an FDA document admits that the CDC and FDA conspired to fabricate a covid-19 testing protocol using human cells combined with common cold virus fragments because they had no physical samples of the SARS-CoV-2 “covid” virus available.

Without physical reference material to use for calibration and confirmation, the test has zero scientific basis in physical reality. And all the PCR analysis based on this protocol is utterly fraudulent, flagging people as “positive” for covid when they merely possess tiny quantities of RNA fragments from other coronavirus strains circulating in their blood.

The FDA document, available from the FDA.gov website, is entitled, “CDC 2019-Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV)
Real-Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel .” The document astonishingly admits: (emphasis ours)

Since no quantified virus isolates of the 2019-nCoV were available for CDC use at the time the test was developed and this study conducted, assays designed for detection of the 2019-nCoV RNA were tested with characterized stocks of in vitro transcribed full length RNA (N gene; GenBank accession: MN908947.2) of known titer (RNA copies/µL) spiked into a diluent consisting of a suspension of human A549 cells and viral transport medium (VTM) to mimic clinical specimen.

In other words, they had no covid virus from which to develop and calibrate the test, so they mixed up a cocktail of human cells and RNA fragments from a common cold virus, then called it “covid.” The GenBank sequence referred to in this paragraph is simply a digital library definition that’s labeled “covid” but has no supporting reference materials in physical reality either.

That’s because no doctor or researcher has isolated “covid” from any infected, symptomatic patient. As a result, no laboratory instruments can be calibrated against actual covid, and the tests simply rely on digital libraries pushed out by the CDC and WHO, using “covid” as the label.

The PCR tests are then instructed to look for these genetic sequences obtained from the fabricated digital libraries, meaning the entire scheme is junk science circular logic with no basis in physical reality.

Why are there seemingly no certified reference materials for covid available to laboratories for instrument calibration?

I am the founder and owner of an analytical laboratory that routinely conducts quantitative analysis of food contaminants, producing high-precision analysis results for pesticides, herbicides and heavy metals. In every case where we conduct lab analysis, we calibrate the instruments against known physical samples called “external standards” or “certified reference materials.” (CRM)

Any lab can purchase CRMs for mercury, arsenic, glyphosate and even salmonella. For example, this link at Biosisto lists CRMs for various salmonella strains. Labs can purchase those reference materials and use them to calibrate their instruments, making sure their analysis is traced back to physical, real-world samples of a purified material. These CRMs, in turn, must be NIST-traceable in order to confirm their origin and authenticity. All CRMs are therefore labeled with lot numbers and expiration dates.

While labs can purchase reference materials for microbes, heavy metals, pesticides, etc. — all physical materials — I have searched far and wide and have not been able to locate any certified reference materials for SARS-CoV-2 or even a weakened, non-viable version of it. As far as I can tell, there appear to be no physical specimens of isolated covid viruses available for instrument calibrations and testing protocol quality control.

To be clear, I’m not saying that viruses don’t exist, and it’s quite clear that the Wuhan Institute of Virology colluded with Fauci, Daszak, the NIH, Baric and others to develop a weaponized spike protein. But the spike protein is not a virus by itself. It’s simply a toxic nanoparticle that can be synthesized in quantity and then either dumped on cities or added to vaccines and injected into people via immunization protocols.

In essence, if “covid-19” is a real virus that can be isolated, why are there apparently no physical reference materials to calibrate laboratory instruments for covid detection? And why were no such materials used in the development of the FDA-approved, CDC-endorsed PCR testing protocols?

CDC pulls its own fraudulent covid PCR testing protocol, implying it cannot differentiate between covid and influenza

What adds to the mystery in all this is the fact that the CDC just issued a “laboratory alert,” announcing their intention to withdraw the faulty PCR testing protocol by the end of this year. As part of their announcement, they implied that the current PCR test — the same one the FDA mentioned above, which was developed without any physical covid samples for calibration — cannot tell the difference between influenza and covid.

In preparation for this change, CDC recommends clinical laboratories and testing sites that have been using the CDC 2019-nCoV RT-PCR assay select and begin their transition to another FDA-authorized COVID-19 test. CDC encourages laboratories to consider adoption of a multiplexed method that can facilitate detection and differentiation of SARS-CoV-2 and influenza viruses.

Why might it be important to differentiate covid from influenza?

Because, as it seems, influenza cases nearly disappeared in 2020 as influenza was re-labeled “covid” due to the faulty testing.

“Percentage influenza positivity decreased by 64% (p = 0.001) and estimated daily number of influenza cases decreased by 76% (p = 0.002) in epidemiologic weeks 5–9 of 2020 compared with the preceding years,” reported the CDC in 2020.

In essence, the medical establishment simply took all the people who would normally be diagnosed with colds and the flu, and shifted them into the “covid” category in order to push a covid mass hysteria narrative that would drive people into vaccines. The vaccines, then, were formulated with spike protein toxic nanoparticles to cause the “delta” panic wave, which is largely occurring among vaccinated individuals.

From here, the plandemic scam proceeds like clockwork: People get sick from the vaccines, so more vaccine boosters are demanded, which perpetuates the illness. Rinse and repeat. It never ends until the perpetrators are arrested and people wise up to the scam.

It’s entitled, “Outbreak of SARS-CoV-2 Infections, Including COVID-19 Vaccine Breakthrough Infections, Associated with Large Public Gatherings — Barnstable County, Massachusetts, July 2021” and it shockingly admits that 74% of infections occurred in fully vaccinated (double dose) people:

During July 2021, 469 cases of COVID-19 associated with multiple summer events and large public gatherings in a town in Barnstable County, Massachusetts, were identified among Massachusetts residents; vaccination coverage among eligible Massachusetts residents was 69%. Approximately three quarters (346; 74%) of cases occurred in fully vaccinated persons (those who had completed a 2-dose course of mRNA vaccine [Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna] or had received a single dose of Janssen [Johnson & Johnson] vac- cine ?14 days before exposure).

See, the vaccine is the pandemic. The vaccine is spreading the spike protein, and the fake PCR tests provide the fuel to keep the mass hysteria going.

Pandemic of the jabbed: Fifty percent of new COVID cases are injection failures

(NaturalHealth365) Predictably, one of the loudest messages coming from mainstream media today is that people who have declined the COVID jab are “to blame” for the spread of the so-called Delta variant of the virus that causes COVID-19.  Concurrently, government officials claim the majority of COVID hospitalization and death cases are among people who have not received the experimental COVID injection.

But some medical experts are calling this claim into question, insisting instead that there are far more breakthrough cases of COVID-19 than officials are willing to admit and that a large portion of new cases are injection failures.

“Breakthrough” or “breakdown?”  Cardiologist claims over half of the current COVID cases are in people who have gotten a COVID injection that failed to work

Dr. Peter A. McCullough is a cardiologist, principal faculty member in Internal Medicine for the Texas A & M University Health Sciences Center, and Vice Chief of Medicine at Baylor University Medical Center.  With over three dozen peer-reviewed articles related to COVID-19 treatment protocols, Dr. McCullough has become a well-known and controversial name during the pandemic.

Dr. McCullough isn’t the only doctor speaking out.  In April, Yale epidemiologist Dr. Harvey Risch made waves in the headlines when he said during an interview with Steve Bannon that doctors have been disclosing that well over half of new COVID cases they are treating are among vaxxed individuals.

“They’ve estimated 60% of new patients they’ve been treating have been people who’ve been vaccinated,” Dr. Risch said in the now strongly “fact-checked” statement.

Indeed, the media was quick to quash the Ivy League doctor’s claims, citing data from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which suggested at the time that just 0.008% of COVID infections were occurring among people who have received the shot.

The problem is that it’s not clear whether the CDC accurately measured the rates of breakthrough infections – and it’s not clear they accurately measure breakthrough cases now, either.

When even mainstream media admits that CDC “understates” the real number of breakthrough infections, there’s a real reason to question just how “safe and effective” these unapproved shots truly are

According to a recent June article published by the Associated Press, the CDC does not know the true percentage of hospitalizations and deaths occurring in fully jabbed people.  Indeed, the CDC isn’t even tracking how many fully jabbed people are testing positive yet remaining out of the hospital.

Limited data is to blame, apparently.  For one thing, not every state is even reporting breakthrough infections – or injection failures.  And of those that are, some are “more aggressive than others in looking for such cases,” says the Associated Press.  According to CDC officials, this means that the data “probably understates such infections.”

Of course, the issue of breakthrough cases brings up another important question:

If so many breakthrough cases among “fully jabbed” people are still happening (perhaps more than we know of), how do COVID shot mandates actually help – and why are schools and employers requiring these shots as a condition of enrollment or employment?

Sorry for the long comment, but this is all very important to know. This is a year’s worth of research in Reader’s Digest form.

The experimental, yes “experimental” foreign gene material jab (Dr. Sherri Tenpenny), aka vaccine, that people are being coerced, and now possibly forced to get at work, contains the covid-19 spike protein (the actual virus is now in you) as well as toxic graphene oxide which has no place in any vaccine. So by getting the jab, you are allowing yourself to get infecting with the virus directly, hence the higher rates of infection. If in Fact an employer can threaten an employee with termination for failure to take the jab – then why not have that employer sign a liability wavier – that should that employee suffer any adverse reactions said employer will cover all medical costs associated with any illness and in addition, should said illness result in the employee being unable to work – that employer will provide financial compensation for the duration of said illness – for the family of the employee as well . There must be a “QUID PRO QUID” !!

CDC confesses: Vaccines are failing, the vaxxed can be super-spreaders, demands return to mask mandates for everyone, including the vaxxed

(Natural News) Via the words of the CDC’s own director Dr. Rochelle Walensky, the official narrative on vaccines and covid has just self-destructed. While in March of this year, Walenksy had publicly promised that vaccinated people could not spread the virus and infect others, this week she publicly stated that vaccines are failing, and that vaccinated people may now carry higher viral loads than unvaccinated people, contributing to the spread of covid.

Even Yahoo News, which typically shills for Big Pharma, could not sugarcoat the devastating narrative shift, reporting:

The CDC updated its guidelines on Tuesday to recommend masks indoors, even for vaccinated people.
The Delta variant makes it easier for vaccinated people to transmit the virus, the CDC said.
Vaccinated and unvaccinated people infected with Delta may have similar viral loads.

USA Today was so alarmed by the CDC confession that they tried to memory hole their own reporting which cited NBC News. In a panic, USA Today scrubbed this sentence from their story:

NBC News, citing unnamed officials aware of the decision, reported it comes after new data suggests vaccinated individuals could have higher levels of virus and infect others amid the surge of cases driven by the delta variant of the coronavirus.

The CDC is currently hiding these data from the public, by the way, most likely because they know that once the data are revealed, any remaining shred of their pro-vaccine narrative will spontaneously collapse.

CDC “confession” just obliterated all the promises made to the vaccinated… now they are slowly realizing they’re the doomed super-spreaders

In making these public statements, the CDC just admitted that the entire promise that vaccinated people were immune to covid and couldn’t spread it to others just unraveled. Immediately, the CDC demanded that the entire nation revert to neanderthal mask mandates, even for those who have been “fully vaccinated.”

It begs the question: If the answer isn’t vaccines but rather just wearing masks, then why does America need the CDC in the first place? And since masks actually don’t work to block viral particles that are orders of magnitude smaller than the gaps in the mask threads, then how can masks stop them?

And if vaccines aren’t working, then what’s the use of vaccine passports?

This is all an open admission that the CDC has no tools against covid and that the last 18 months of pro-vaccine promises were nothing but lies and propaganda. Even worse, the entire medical establishment has suppressed the only legitimate solution to this pandemic, which is natural immunity, which can only function effectively when combined with good nutrition and proper supplementation. Yet the one-size-fits-all medical cult system that dominates society today can only see pharmaceuticals and vaccines as possible answers, never nutrition or natural immunity. Therefore, the CDC has nothing left to offer America other than blind obedience to their quack science lies.

But it’s even worse: CDC director just admitted the vaccines will soon be obsolete

If you can imagine it, the situation is actually far worse than what’s been covered here so far. In her public confessions this week, CDC director Walensky also admitted that covid is “just a few mutations away” from rendering all existing vaccines completely obsolete. She added:

The largest concern that I think we in public health and science are worried about is that virus and the potential mutations. We have a very transmissible virus, which has the potential to evade our vaccines in terms of how it protects us from severe disease and death…

So then, as any rational person might ask, what is the point of taking vaccines in the first place? This is even more alarming when you realize that vaccine-induced “immunity” is now documented to start fading after six weeks. And once the vaccine fades, people become more vulnerable to infections, compared to the unvaccinated or those with natural immunity. That’s why in California right now, the highest count of new covid-19 cases are being recorded in counties with the highest vaccination rates.

Similarly, in pushing for another moneymaking racket of “booster shots,” vaccine companies are now openly stating that their own vaccines stop working after a few months, hence people will need booster shots to keep the vaccine profits flowing.

Actually, it’s worse still: The vaccinated people are the “super-breeders” of covid variants, too

Not only are vaccinated people now the super-spreaders, it also turns out they’re the “super-breeders” of vaccine variants. As vaccine scientist Geert vanden Bossche explains: (emphasis ours)

…[M]ass vaccination promotes natural selection of increasingly vaccine immunity (VI)-escaping variants in the vaccinated part of the population. Taken together, mass vaccination conducted on a background of high infectivity rates enables more infectious, increasingly VI-escaping variants to expand in prevalence. This evolution inevitably results in inclining morbidity rates in both, the non-vaccinated and vaccinated population and precipitates the emergence of circulating viral variants that will eventually fully resist vaccine-mediated immunity (VMI). This is why mass vaccination campaigns should not be conducted during a pandemic of a highly mutable virus, let alone during a pandemic of more infectious variants (unless transmission-blocking vaccines are used!). It is critical to understand that a rapid decline in viral infectivity rates that is not achieved by natural infection but merely results from expedited mass vaccination campaigns will only delay abrupt propagation of emerging, fully vaccine-resistant viral variants and hence, only delay the occurrence of a high wave of morbidity and mortality.

The “high wave of morbidity and mortality,” it seems, has only just begun.

Dr. Robert Malone warns of “worst case scenario” and cites first evidence showing Antibody Dependent Enhancement (ADE) now emerging

Over the next 12 months or so, we are likely going to see a wave of post-vaccine deaths that mirrors the wave of people obtaining vaccines earlier this year. Even Dr. Robert Malone, inventor of the mRNA vaccine technology, warns that the CDC’s admission is essentially a confirmation that Antibody Dependent Enhancement effects have begun.

In a recent interview with Steve Bannon on War Room Pandemic, Dr. Malone (who is fully pro-vaccine, by the way), stated:

This is exactly what you would see if antibody dependent enhancement were happening… Pfizer protection is waning at six months. Those who received Pfizer, that are now in the waning phase, seem to be getting infected. This exactly what you would anticipate is the window of greatest susceptibility to antibody dependent enhancement, in this long tapering phase as the vaccine response declines.

The government is obfuscating what’s happening here. What seems to be rolling out the worst case scenario where the vaccine in the waning phase is causing virus to replicate more efficiently than it would otherwise, which is what we call ADE.

When one of the world’s leading pro-vaccine scientists — the inventor of mRNA vaccine technology — steps forward and says the covid vaccines now represent a “worst case scenario,” it’s probably worth paying attention.

CDC/FDA confess: they had no virus when they concocted the test for the virus

The CDC has issued a document that bulges with interesting and devastating admissions.
The release is titled, “07/21/2021: Lab Alert: Changes to CDC RT-PCR for SARS-CoV-2 Testing.” It begins explosively:
“After December 31, 2021, CDC will withdraw the request to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) of the CDC 2019-Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Real-Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel, the assay first introduced in February 2020 for detection of SARS-CoV-2 only. CDC is providing this advance notice for clinical laboratories to have adequate time to select and implement one of the many FDA-authorized alternatives.”
Many people believe this means the CDC is giving up on the PCR test as a means of “detecting the virus.” I don’t think the CDC is saying that at all.
They’re saying the PCR technology will continue to be used, but they’re replacing what the test is looking FOR with a better “reference sample.” A better marker. A better target. A better piece of RNA supposedly derived from SARS-CoV-2.
CDC/FDA are confessing there has been a PROBLEM with the PCR test which has been used to detect the virus, starting in February of 2020—right up to this minute.
In other words, the millions and millions of “COVID cases” based on the PCR test in use are all suspect.
To confirm this, the CDC document links to an FDA release titled, “SARS-CoV-2 Reference Panel Comparative Data.” Here is a killer quote:

Translation: We, at the CDC, did not have a specimen of the SARS-CoV-2 virus when we concocted the PCR test for SARS-CoV-2. Yes, it’s unbelievable, right? And that’s the test we’ve been using all along. So we CONTRIVED samples of the virus. We fabricated. We lied. We made up [invented] synthetic gene sequences and we SAID these sequences HAD TO BE close to the sequence of SARS-CoV-2, without having the faintest idea of what we were doing, because, again, we didn’t have an actual specimen of the virus. We had no proof THERE WAS something called SARS-CoV-2.
This amazing FDA document goes to say the Agency has granted emergency approval to 59 different PCR tests since the beginning of the (fake) pandemic. 59. And, “…it is not feasible to precisely compare the performance of various tests that used contrived specimens because each test validated performance using samples derived from different gene specific, synthetic, or genomic nucleic acid sources.”
Translation: Each of the 59 different PCR tests for SARS-CoV-2 told different lies and concocted different fabrications about the genetic makeup of the virus—the virus we didn’t have. Obviously, then, these tests would give unreliable results.
BUT, don’t worry, be happy, because NOW, the CDC and the FDA say, they really do have actual virus samples of SARS-CoV-2 from patients; they have better targets for the PCR test, and labs should start gearing up for the new and improved tests.
In other words, they were lying THEN, but they’re not lying NOW. They were “contriving,” but now they’re telling the truth.

They have a soup they make in their labs.
This soup contains human and monkey cells, toxic chemicals and drugs, and all sorts of other random genetic material. Because the cells start to die, the researchers ASSUME a bit of mucus from a patient they dropped in the soup is doing the killing, and THE VIRUS must be the killer agent in the mucus.
This assumption is entirely unwarranted. The drugs and chemicals could be doing the cell-killing, and the researchers are also starving the cells of vital nutrients.
There is no proof that SARS-CoV-2 is in the soup, or that it is doing the cell-killing, or that it exists.
Yet the researchers call cell-death “isolation of the virus.”
To say this is a non-sequitur is a vast understatement. In their universe, “We have the virus buried in a soup in a dish in the lab” equals, “We’ve separated the virus from all surrounding material.”

Here are the highlights:

— The contract covers v the manufacturing of vaccines for the original COVID-19 strain but also its mutations. In addition, it covers “any device, technology, or product used in the administration of or to enhance the use or effect of, such vaccine.”

— The reason why governments (including the U.S. government, no doubt) were downplaying and suppressing other non-vaccine treatments for COVID is because the contract does not allow them to pull out even if a more effective treatment than the Pfizer vaccine is found.

— Pfizer also cannot be held liable for any delivery delays or missed deliveries. “Pfizer shall have no liability for any failure to deliver doses in accordance with any estimated delivery dates… nor shall any such failure give Purchaser any right to cancel orders for any quantities of Product,” the contract states.

And to emphasize, the contract states clearly: “Purchaser hereby waives all rights and remedies that it may have at Law, in equity or otherwise, arising from or relating to:.. any failure by Pfizer to deliver the Contracted Doses in accordance with the Delivery Schedule.”

— Once bought, the vaccines cannot be returned: “Pfizer will not, in any circumstances, accept any returns of Product (or any dose)…no Product returns may take place under any circumstances,” says the contract.

— There is also the cost. The U.S. government, and likely the Israelis Ehden speculates, were charged $19.50 per vaccine dose, though other countries were only charged 12 bucks. In addition, Pfizer assured that it is guaranteed its money, and that governments cannot withhold or try to credit funds for the vaccines.

— It doesn’t matter whether the vaccines are effective in the short or long-term, either. “Purchaser acknowledges…the long-term effects and efficacy of the Vaccine are not currently known and that there may be adverse effects of the Vaccine that are not currently known,” says the contract.

— All sales are pretty much final, too, as is the exception of the contract. “There are clauses about termination possibility, but in fact, as you saw so far, the buyer has almost nothing that can be considered a material breach, while Pfizer can easily do so if they don’t get their money or if they deem so,” Ehden writes.

— And, of course, no one can hold Pfizer liable…for anything related to its COVID vaccine. “Purchaser must provide Pfizer protection from liability for claims and all Losses, must implement it via statutory or regulatory requirements, and the sufficiency of such efforts shall be in Pfizer’s sole discretion,” the contract states.

(Natural News) Former National Institutes of Health (NIH) contract scientist and Classen Immunotherapies proprietor J. Bart Classen has published a paper warning that there is strong potential for Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) mRNA “vaccines” to trigger Parkinson’s, dementia and a variety of other prion and chronic diseases.

Alzheimer’s, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), and multiple system atrophy (MSA), and mad cow disease are all on the table as possible “side effects” of Chinese Virus injections, Classen says, this based on an extensive analysis of the RNA poisons contained in the Pfizer shot.

This latest paper is Classen’s second look at the prion disease risks associated with Fauci Flu shots, drawing from actual adverse event data from the United Kingdom. Far from theoretical, the risk of neurodegenerative disease stemming from Chinese Disease shots is both real and probable.

AstraZeneca’s vector-based injection for the Wuhan Flu, which is not an mRNA jab, is also linked to causing prion disease. It would appear as though all of the jabs created for the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) virus are linked to this buffet of neurodegenerative illnesses.

After looking at roughly six months’ worth of data ending around mid-June, Classen found that both the genetically engineered (GMO) adenovirus injections and the lipid-encapsulated synthetic mRNA injections produce deadly spike proteins that can trigger serious and irreversible “nervous disorders.”

Describing his findings as a “clear signal of a specific prion disease, Parkinson’s disease,” Classen says the pathological progression he observed is consistent with what is known about the pathogenic coronavirus spike proteins contained in or produced by Chinese Virus injections.

Fauci Flu shots massively accelerate progression of prion diseases

Under normal circumstances without a vaccine, the progression of prion diseases, which is demarcated by the abnormal folding of certain proteins, takes many years. After a Fauci Flu shot, however, that process greatly accelerates – you might say at “warp speed.”

Classen believes that Chinese Virus injections could be piggybacking on mild prion disease that is already in motion in some people, while in others the shots could be actively prompting the misfolding of essential RNA and DNA binding proteins called TDP-43 and FUS, thus catalyzing a toxic “chain reaction” process.

It is probably a little bit different in every person’s body depending on their unique biology, but the end result is still the same: neurodegeneration. For some it happens quickly and in others more slowly, but the common denominator is that it happens.

Classen also says that the vaccine spike proteins could be causing other protein, “including [normal] proteins already in cells,” to form what he describes as abnormal clumps called Lewy bodies that can lead to “relatively rapid cell death.”

Research has shown that the development of Lewy bodies in monkeys exposed to the Chinese Virus resulted in “some or all of the motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.”

It is precisely because the vaccine spike proteins act so quickly in this regard that prion disease post-injection advances as quickly as it does, Classen suggests. What would normally take many years to develop is being sped up by the jabs to induce neurodegenerative disease in a matter of months or even weeks, depending on the individual.

“The AstraZeneca … vaccine may concentrate in the gastrointestinal system to a greater extent leading to faster transport of the spike protein via the Vagus nerve to the brain,” Classen says. “By contrast over the long run, the Pfizer mRNA vaccine may induce more TDP-43 and FUS to form prions and lead to more prion disease.”

All this pain and suffering to maybe avoid a case of the sniffles? Tragic and idiotic.

America’s Frontline Doctors sue HHS to revoke emergency use authorization for covid vaccines

(Natural News) A motion was filed on July 19 by America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) calling on the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to immediately revoke “emergency use authorization” (EUA) for Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccines.”

The AFLDS wants to see three groups of Americans removed from the pool of vaccine-eligible people: those under the age of 18, anyone who has already recovered from a Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) infection, and anyone who has not been given informed consent for the jab as defined by federal law.

The main target of the motion is Xavier Becerra, the current HHS secretary under Resident Joe Biden. Other defendants are also named in the suit, which was filed in a federal district court in the Northern District of Alabama.

“The emergency declaration and its multiple renewals are illegal,” the complaint alleges.

At the top of the food chain as far as EUAs go is the HHS, the secretary of which, according to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, has the authority to declare that an emergency use for a drug is appropriate. From there, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) decides whether or not to authorize an unapproved drug or EUA use of a drug or vaccine.

On Feb. 4, 2020, then-HHS Secretary Alex Azar, who served under Donald Trump, declared a public health emergency, urging the issuance of an EUA for Trump’s “Operation Warp Speed” vaccines due to the alleged circumstance.

There is no “life-threatening disease or condition,” says AFLDS

The AFLDS complaint alleges that certain legal requirements involved with the issuance and maintenance of Fauci Flu shots are not being met in accordance with the law.

One of the most obvious conditions not being met is the fact that there is no “serious or life-threatening disease or condition” in circulation that warrants the use of experimental gene modification therapy. Secondly, there are other remedies available that negate the legal issuance of an EUA.

According to the rules, an EUA can only be granted when there are no other remedies available for a novel condition. In this case, there are plenty of ways to treat the Chinese Virus that do not involve genetically modifying (GMO) oneself with experimental Big Pharma injections.

The 99.8 percent global survival rate for the Wuhan Flu, as good as it sounds, is also grossly inflated, the AFLDS complaint further alleges. Almost nobody gets sick from Chinese Germs, and those who do are usually old, obese, or have some other preexisting condition.

The vast majority of people who test “positive” for the Fauci Flu will never develop any symptoms, and likely would never know they even “had” the alleged virus were it not for the fraudulent PCR tests that tend to produce nothing but false positives.

The suit goes on to accuse the HHS of deliberately reinventing the way death certificates are written so as to make it look like many more people were dying from covid than actually were. This in turn made it easier for Big Pharma to launch its vaccine crusade based on false numbers.

Perhaps the most damning part of the vaccine crusade is that the injections admittedly do not work, which the suit also explains. If the jabs do not work and are highly dangerous, then they do not qualify for EUA status.

“It is important to note that the vaccines were only shown to reduce symptoms – not block transmission,” the complaint reads. “CDC data indicates that children under 18 have a 99.998 percent COVID-19 recovery rate with no treatment.”

Two nonprofits—Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care (FLCCC) Alliance and the British Ivermectin Recommendation Development (BIRD) group—who have been campaigning for the off-label use of ivermectin to prevent and treat COVID-19 say the event’s focus is to let more people know that the antiparasitic drug can treat COVID-19, possibly end the pandemic, and help eliminate fear of the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus.

“We have an incredibly positive and uplifting message to share: ivermectin treats and prevents COVID and it is the key to unlocking the never-ending cycle of pandemic peaks and personal restrictions and will help restart economies,” Dr. Tess Lawrie, cofounder of the BIRD group said in a press release.

Lawrie is also a co-author of a peer-reviewed meta-analysis study published in the American Journal of Therapeutics that found ivermectin to be effective against COVID-19, the disease caused by the CCP virus. Lawrie and her team concluded with a moderate level of confidence that ivermectin reduced the risk of death by an average of 62 percent, at a 95 percent confidence interval of 0.19-0.73, especially when prescribed early.

FLCCC Alliance also conducted their own review of 18 randomized controlled trials on COVID-19 treatment with ivermectin. They found “large, statistically significant reductions in mortality, time to clinical recovery, and time to viral clearance.” The authors also said that studies on the prevention of COVID-19 reported significantly reduced risks of the disease with regular use of the drug.

Members of the FLCCC Alliance have developed various protocols for the prevention and early treatment of COVID-19,  instead of having patients wait until they develop a severe illness to receive treatment at the hospital. These treatment protocols including one for the management of long COVID are being used globally.

The current standard protocol for COVID-19 positive patients is to isolate at home, avoid dehydration, rest, and take over-the-counter medications for fever, headache, cough, and body pain.

According to updated guidance from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), patients with mild to moderate COVID-19 and who are at high risk of disease progression, are recommended to take a monoclonal antibody if hospitalization or supplemental oxygen is not required.

Despite evidence showing ivermectin may treat all stages of COVID-19 and reduce death and hospitalization as a result of its anti-viral and anti-inflammatory properties, the FDA has not approved its use, saying that the drug isn’t an anti-viral. The federal regulator issued a warning that people should not take ivermectin intended for horses as the larger doses may be harmful to humans.

The NIH has not changed its neutral stance on the use of ivermectin to treat COVID-19, while the World Health Organization (WHO) does not recommend the use of the drug except in a clinical study. Both organizations cite insufficient data for not making a recommendation.

Unprecedented Censorship

Online discussions of ivermectin have faced an unprecedented level of suppression with doctors claiming that their videos are being taken down or their LinkedIn accounts closed.

Lawrie said she has experienced censorship with her work on ivermectin, claiming that her videos about the drug have been removed and posts censored on social media.

“I have experienced a lot of censorship ever since I started doing work on ivermectin (never before),” Lawrie told The Epoch Times via email. “I have had my post of my published peer-reviewed scientific manuscript removed from LinkedIn.”

She also said that many people have informed her that their accounts would be restricted or censored “if they post the work my company has produced on ivermectin or interviews that I have done.”

LinkedIn did not reply to a request for comment.

Dr. Mobeen Syed, chief executive officer of Drbeen Corp, an online medical education, said YouTube took down three of his videos on ivermectin within 24 hours.

“[Third] book burnt in 24 hours. @Youtube @TeamYouTube continue to burn books,” Syed said on Twitter on July 11. “This video was important to keep people safe who are using ivermectin regardless of what YouTube thinks.”

YouTube did not reply to The Epoch Times inquiry on clarification of which terms or conditions Syed’s videos had violated.

Ivermectin is not the only topic being suppressed or blocked by Big Tech firms. Social media posts about the lab leak theory that the CCP virus escaped from a laboratory in Wuhan, China, and information that goes against the narrative about the safety and efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccine has also been censored.

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki suggested at a White House briefing that people should be banned from all social media platforms if they post misinformation online about COVID-19 vaccines, alleging that this type of information was “leading to people not taking the vaccine.” Psaki’s suggestion has drawn widespread condemnation.

Regardless of the suppression of ivermectin around the world, people have found unique ways to get the information out. Social media posts of lawn signs have appeared in Manitoba, Canada with a simple message that reads, “Ivermectin treats COVID-19” along with the FLCCC website listed.

Members of the FLCCC Alliance said in a reply to an email that they would continue their mission in getting ivermectin approved for COVID-19 despite the censorship.

“Thank you for your email. Abandoning our mission is not [an] option. Yes, it has been hell. But as Winston Churchill once said, ‘If you’re going through hell, keep going.’ So if we need to leave you here, we understand. But we’ll march on. Your life matters that much,” the nonprofit said earlier this month.

An inconvenient truth: Experimental covid injections are what’s driving the spread of “variants”

(Natural News) Despite what the fake news media is telling you, most Americans have not gotten injected for the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19). And those who have, it appears, are the ones getting sick with and driving the spread of the “delta variant.”

There is zero proof to suggest that non-injected people are the ones now functioning as “viral factories” as the government claims. To the contrary, the injected have been marked with toxic chemicals that are mutating into new forms of illness that are sending people to the hospital with “covid.”

An article recently published in Quanta Magazine warns that just like how taking antibiotics breeds antibiotic-resistant “superbugs,” taking these so-called vaccines contributes to the breeding of new variants that send some people to the hospital – or worse.

The piece discusses the history of the anti-Marek’s disease vaccine for chickens, which was first introduced back in 1970. It has had to be reinvented some three different times now because the virus continues to mutate to evade the vaccine.

The reason for this, of course, is that vaccines produce fake immunity, at best – fake meaning the type of immunity that wanes over time. Real immunity, which is produced by the immune system, lasts a lifetime.

A 2015 study published in the journal PLoS Biology also looked at the anti-Marek’s disease vaccine for chickens, revealing that unvaccinated chickens are the least likely to shed more virulent strains of the virus into the wild. Vaccinated chickens, on the other hand, are basically walking disease carriers.

“The findings suggest that the Marek’s vaccine encourages more dangerous viruses to proliferate,” the Quanta Magazine article explains. “This increased virulence might then give the viruses the means to overcome birds’ vaccine-primed immune responses and sicken vaccinated flocks.”

Viruses mutate all the time, and vaccines make things worse

How does this all relate to Fauci Flu shots? The answer is simple: The jabs are causing the Chinese Virus to morph into ever-new variants, which then turn into more new variants.

Vaccinated people are walking disease factories, in other words. Their damaged immune systems are now prone to spreading more illness, typically to other vaccinated people whose disease defenses have also been degraded.
