19 States Sue Biden Administration Over COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate
Comes after Florida launches own lawsuit

Several U.S. states on Friday mounted multiple federal lawsuits against the Biden administration over its COVID-19 vaccine mandate for federal workers and contractors.
Texas sued individually in a federal court in Galveston. Another lawsuit, filed in a federal district court in Missouri involves Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming. Yet another lawsuit, filed in a federal district court in Georgia, involves Georgia, Alabama, Idaho, Kansas, South Carolina, Utah, and West Virginia.
The lawsuits come a day after Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis announced he sued the administration over the same vaccine mandate. As of late Friday, the total number of states suing the Biden administration over the mandate is 19.
President Joe Biden on Sept. 9 issued a far-reaching executive order that requires almost all federal employees to get a COVID-19 vaccine as a condition of employment, including civilian federal employees and contractors. The order goes into effect on Dec. 8. Regular COVID-19 testing isn’t an option, but religious or medical exemptions from vaccination may be granted, according to the order. Contractors that don’t comply may lose out on government contracts.
The Biden administration did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
‘Subterfuge’
The Texas complaint (pdf), filed in a federal court in Galveston, asks the court to declare Biden’s vaccine mandate unlawful and to issue preliminary and injunctive relief to block it from being enforced.
“The Biden Administration has repeatedly expressed its disdain for Americans who choose not to get a vaccine, and it has committed repeated and abusive federal overreach to force upon Americans something they do not want,” Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said in a statement Friday. “The federal government does not have the ability to strip individuals of their choice to get a vaccine or not. If the President thinks his patience is wearing thin, he is clearly underestimating the lack of patience from Texans whose rights he is infringing.”
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, a Republican, praised the lawsuit late Friday. “Under my Executive Order no Texan can be forced to take the vaccine shot,” he said on Twitter, referring to the order he issued on Oct. 11 that prohibits vaccine mandates by any entity. He added, “Biden’s order should be ruled illegal.”
The lawsuit accuses the Biden administration of “using subterfuge to accomplish what they cannot achieve directly—universal compliance with their vaccine mandates, regardless of individual preferences, healthcare needs, or religious beliefs.”
‘Unconstitutional, Unlawful, Unwise’
Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Nebraska Attorney General Doug Peterson on Friday co-led a ten-state coalition in a lawsuit (pdf) against the Biden administration. The suit calls the administration’s mandate “unconstitutional, unlawful, and unwise.”
“If the federal government attempts to unconstitutionally exert its will and force federal contractors to mandate vaccinations, the workforce and businesses could be decimated, further exacerbating the supply chain and workforce crises,” Schmitt, a Republican, said in a statement. “The federal government should not be mandating vaccinations, and that’s why we filed suit today—to halt this illegal, unconstitutional action.”
In explaining how the vaccine mandate violates the Procurement Act, the complaint reads, “Far from increasing economy and efficiency in procurement, the contractor vaccine mandate will have deleterious effects on economy and inefficiency by causing the large-scale resignations of unvaccinated employees of federal contractors. These disruptive consequences will directly oppose both ‘economy’ and ‘efficiency.’”
Among other counts, the suit also contends the administration has violated the Anti-Commandeering Doctrine and the Administrative Procedures Act.
‘Untenable Situation’
Georgia also led a multi-state lawsuit (pdf) against the federal mandates on Friday. A release from Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp’s office says the complaint, in part, explains how the Biden administration’s mandate has placed Georgia’s state agencies and officials in “an untenable position.”
“In addition to being an unlawful and unconstitutional overreach, this vaccine mandate on federal contractors will only further divide Americans and hamstring our economy,” Kemp, a Republican, said in a statement. “Polling shows 70 percent of unvaccinated Americans say they would quit their jobs if their company required the COVID-19 vaccine. From an employer’s perspective, 9 in 10 fear significant reductions in their workforce if they had to implement vaccine mandates.”
He added, “We will not allow the Biden Administration to circumvent the law or force hardworking Georgians to choose between their livelihood or this vaccine.”
The suit argues that the mandate could only stand if Congress had passed it in a law.
States furthermore argue that a large number of federal contract workers will quit over the mandates, meaning states are caught between breaching the federal contracts either because of not being able to complete all the work due to staffing shortages, or because of retaining unvaccinated workers, thereby violating the federal vaccine requirement.

Big Pharma now targeting the mentally ill with clot shots that WORSEN mental illness – nation’s leading mental health advocacy organizations applaud the abuse

(Natural News) Already knowing that Covid vaccines can worsen mental illnesses like schizophrenia, depression and bipolar disorder, nearly all major mental health advocacy organizations are literally applauding the CDC’s new target for clot shots – the mentally ill. Top executives from more than a dozen leading national organizations are all aboard for chasing down the mentally ill and injecting them with more neurotoxins (billions of virus-mimicking spike protein nanoparticles), that are known to cause/exacerbate psychosis, myocarditis, blood clots and other deadly “side effects” and adverse events.
Supposedly, if you’re already suffering from depression or schizophrenia, you are at higher risk for contracting a SEVERE case of Covid-19, yet there is absolutely zero science, research or clinical trials to back that up at all.
It sounds much more like eugenics, like when Hitler first wanted to execute, in the name of the “greater good,” the senile elderly, the mentally ill and all autistic children. Except in Hitler’s case, he used toxic gas instead of toxic jabs (slow kill method, usually).
National Institutes of Health (NIH) well aware that severe mental illnesses are EXACERBATED by increased inflammation, including the Covid clot shots
Most severe mental illnesses (SMI), including bipolar disorder, depression and schizophrenia, are all directly associated with inflammation based on controlled trials and studies that show dietary interventions improve symptoms, and nutrient-deficient processed food intake contributes to heightened, systemic inflammation. The study was published by NIH and describes in great detail how inflammation drives mental illness to the brink, so why on earth is the vaccine industry and the CDC targeting the mentally ill? There’s only one logical answer: population reduction.
The Covid vaccines either inject billions of blood-clogging prions into the human bloodstream (J&J) or they genetically trick your cells into producing billions of toxic particles in the vascular system and never stop producing them (mRNA from Pfizer or Moderna).
Severe inflammation is widely evident when looking at the statistics already from clot shot victims suffering sudden NEW life-threatening conditions, like going blind, deaf or suffering myocarditis, and most of these cases of myocarditis are in healthy people (think military and teenagers), and the cases are not mild, according to doctors.
CDC targets mentally ill with vaccines that INCREASE depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder
The real mental illness “factor” began skyrocketing when everyone was required to wear suffocating masks everywhere they go. The Covid masks restrict breathing while breeding bacteria, thus limiting the flow of oxygen and nutrients to the body and brain while increasing the likelihood of catching a bad case of Covid. Then the pandemic machine poured it on, using lockdowns, social distancing and antibacterial everything to further damage natural immunity, then came vaccines. Next comes boosters. The more prions that clog the blood, the worse inflammation skyrockets, and the more lethal the mental illnesses become. Is this the CDC’s plan?
Did you know that schizophrenia is the second greatest risk factor for death by Covid-19, trailing only age? Only a “modest effort” to coerce mentally ill people into vaccination is necessary, according to the vaccine industry and their shills, making them easy targets for extermination by toxic jabs.

(Natural News) Safeway grocery store #1892 in Cortez, Colo., just lost its pharmacy manager because she no longer wants to administer “this poison,” referring to Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccines,” to customers.
According to reports, Nichole Belland took to the store’s intercom to announce that she is leaving her position for good because she can no longer in good conscience continue jabbing people with these “Operation Warp Speed” abominations they are calling “vaccines.”
“This is Nichole Belland, pharmacy manager for Safeway store at 1892 of Cortez,” Belland was heard saying over the intercom to a store full of surprised shoppers.
“I quit, effective immediately, because I will not give this poison to people. Wake up, everybody. This is poison. This is hurting people. I’ve seen it. I’ve seen customers die. Wake up, do not take it.”
If it came down to it, would you quit your job rather than harm others with covid jabs?
Steve Kirsh, the executive director of the COVID-19 Early Treatment Fund (CETF), got the chance to talk with Belland about what prompted her to leave her job in the dramatic way that she did.
It turns out that Belland had not worked at Safeway for several months prior to coming on the loudspeaker to make her announcement. Almost immediately after she was told by her supervisor that she would need to jab people with the “Operation Warp Speed” drugs, she decided to quit.
Belland was told at the time that she would have no choice but to administer the shots on demand, or else be fired from her position. She instead decided to go on temporary personal leave, but that was set to expire on October 15.
“I had tremendous concerns about these shots early on,” Belland says.
Not seeing any other way to get her message across before being forced out of her job, Belland went in on October 14, took her certificates and degrees off the wall, and proceeded to use the intercom to reveal publicly why she was essentially being forced to quit.
Belland says that around 8-10 customers were in front of her at the time when she picked up the intercom microphone and began speaking the truth into it. She had no idea that this brave act would end up going viral, possibly inspiring others who feel similarly to do the same.
Like many, Belland says that she is not necessarily “anti-vaccine.” She is anti-experimental gene therapy, which is technically what covid shots are since they were not developed using the same technologies as existing vaccines.
Prior to quitting, Belland had administered “thousands” of other shots to patients at her pharmacy, where she worked for 12 years after graduating from the University of Minnesota. However, when covid injections came along, it was a different story.

“No job or any action is more important than the realization that you may be directly responsible for the injury or even death of another,” responded another, clarifying the reason why Belland quit.
“Every time a nurse who sticks a needle in someone’s arm who becomes ill or deceased later, and when on learning of their loss, she intentionally continues – is committing a premeditated harmful act to another.”

Health Care Workers Speak Out on Why They Would Rather Lose Their Jobs Than Take a COVID-19 Vaccine
Doctors and nurses, clinicians are quitting rather than taking the clot shot. Do they know something that you don’t….

Despite the COVID-19 vaccines having been promoted as safe and effective by legacy media, many health care workers are refusing to take them, and those who openly speak out about their concerns get censored by Big Tech companies or kicked off their platforms.
Some nurses and doctors are refusing vaccine mandates even if their refusal will cost them their jobs.
The Epoch Times reached out to some of these health care professionals to see why.
‘Impossible to Give Fully Informed Consent’
Emily Nixon is a registered nurse who has been working in the health industry for 18 years. When her employer, MaineHealth, announced that it would make the vaccine mandatory, she quickly organized a group called The Coalition for Healthcare Workers Against Medical Mandates and filed a lawsuit.
“Thousands of health care workers have and will be losing their jobs. The already weak health care infrastructure of Maine will not withstand this devastating loss of staff. Life will be lost. Care is already being rationed. We have been experiencing a media blackout in this state,” Nixon said.
“Speaking from my point of view, an intelligent, healthy, and empowered health care professional that takes excellent care of herself, it is an insult to expect that I would accept an injection of unknown substance and efficacy and provide an example to the great people that I serve that they too should submit their power over to pharmaceutical companies—convicted felons—in an effort to put a band-aid on the gaping wound of reality.
“It is unconscionable to mandate injections without exemption, especially when the injection is a brand new medical product still undergoing its first year of study. Breakthrough cases are not properly reported on. We know this vaccine is ‘leaky.’ The safety and effectiveness of this vaccine has not been proven. There are other safe and alternative treatments. It is impossible to give fully informed consent without long-term, unbiased data. Threatening our jobs is blatant coercion. Our God-given right to bodily integrity and personal autonomy has been stripped with these mandates and we will not stand for it,” Nixon said.
‘The Side Effects Are Real’
Jaclyn Zubiate, who was working for Southern Maine Health Care, loved her job as a nurse.
“I did not take the vaccine, even though I will be terminated … Now with the data that we have, we know that the survival rate is quite high. Over the last 18 months, I have only sent one patient to the ER in respiratory distress. COVID has no distinguishing features among other viruses like other diseases that we have vaccines for. Why would I need a vaccine for something with a 99 percent survival rate that does not have any distinguishable features?” said Zubiate.
“Health care workers are not taking it because they know that the side effects are real. In urgent care, I have seen myocarditis, cellulitis, [and] unusual neurological symptoms, among a variety of other side effects. I have seen people very ill post-vaccine, and then go on to test positive. The positivity rate for contracting COVID on the vaccinated is very high per the recent studies and what I am seeing in my clinic. A vaccine should work, and it is not working. It should be tested for years on something other than humans before we call it ‘safe and effective.’ There have been over 15,000 deaths from the vaccine that the media is not talking about. I will never take that risk on myself,” Zubiate said.
‘The Data Speaks for Itself’
Jessica Mosher has been a registered nurse for more than a decade. She is a mother of four and a veteran of the United States Navy who lost her job for refusing the shots.
She was a nursing supervisor, patient observer manager, and nurse program director at Redington-Fairview General Hospital.
“Protecting my health and staying true to my religious convictions will always be my choice over a job. The scriptures promise that ‘as long as the earth remains, there will be seedtime and harvest’; this side of heaven, we have an abundance of employment options, but only one life,” Mosher said.
“I have a master’s degree in nursing and am employed as a professor of nursing research and evidence-based practice. I am skilled in collecting and analyzing data and in drawing conclusions. I did not rely on the media, government, or Big Tech for any of my health care decisions prior to COVID-19 and I have no plans to change course. The data speaks for itself related to the harm these experimental vaccines have caused and the lack of studies that have been conducted.
“What I have seen as a nurse and what others have shared post-vaccination seals the deal. The virus, like the cold and flu, does not have a cure. However, it has an almost 100 percent survival rate. Those pushing the vaccine are following the money. I am following the science. Health care workers do not walk away from their passion or stable salary to be difficult. The amount of people willing to be fired should be cause for alarm in and of itself,” she said.
‘Health Care Workers Have Natural Immunity‘
John Lewis worked for a large hospital in southern Maine.
He is pro-life and believes that all life is precious.
“Knowing all three available vaccines were either tested, developed, or produced using fetal cell lines from elective abortions, I could not in good conscience violate my deeply held beliefs. Anticipating I would be able to file a religious exemption, it is hard to accept [that] I’m not being afforded an exemption based on my duties after considering I am a remote worker and do not interact with patients,” Lewis said.
“Outside of medical or religious exemptions, many health care workers consider the risk-benefits of getting the vaccine. It is the same approach to providing patient care, where the patient is allowed informed consent. Many of the health care workers have natural immunity. Others do not feel there is enough long-term research into adverse effects. Also, these health care workers see with their own eyes what is happening in hospitals, which isn’t necessarily in line with the narrative,” Lewis said.
‘None of Us Are Seeing’ Surges
Heather Sadler, a registered nurse, also loves to be a nurse, but she said that her and her family’s health are much more important than her paycheck.
“This is new vaccine (if you want to call it that) technology that has NEVER been deployed successfully, and has no data regarding long-term effects, not to be confused with ‘side effects’ as the general public seems to be hung up on. I have always been someone who analyzes my health care choices through the lens of risk-benefit ratio. Knowing what I know about COVID (and I’ve done a lot of research), I do not fall into any of the high-risk for severe illness/death categories: age over 65, obese, heart disease, diabetes, chronic lung conditions, and immunocompromised. For me and my immediate family, there is greater risk of having a side effect, or long-term effect from injecting a virtually unknown substance into ourselves,” Sadler said.
“I am a nurse in Oncology/Hematology, and I’m seeing that we are experiencing an increase in hospitalizations/referrals for clotting and bleeding disorders. For one example, in one week, we had two patients in the hospital who were diagnosed with a rare clotting disorder that is normally only seen in 4 percent of the general population. And this happened twice in one week in rural central Maine. The only common factor, a COVID shot three days prior in each case. Was this reported to the CDC? I do not know.
“Only 4 of the roughly 20 to 25 people I’ve known personally who have tested positive for COVID recently have been unvaccinated. Yes, unvaccinated. The majority of the people around me who have tested positive in the past three months have been fully vaccinated. Why would I want to risk side effects or long-term effects of the shot if I can still contract and spread this virus? It’s just not logical. Those two examples clearly blow their theory that ‘it’s safe and effective’ out of the water,” Sadler said.
“I am in constant communication with other health care workers in the state of Maine and none of us are seeing the ‘surges’ that the general public is told is happening.”
“This is America! I have every right to make an educated decision regarding my health care. No matter what you are told, what I do has no direct effect on you,” Sadler said.
‘Freedom Is the Most Important Thing’
Sherri Thornton was a Maine SAFE Advisory Board member and chair and has been a nurse for 45 years.
She was planning to retire but wanted to work until the end of the year; however, when she saw the mandate coming, she decided to retire earlier.
“I believe that freedom is the most important thing in life outside of salvation. No one has the right to tell me what I can or can not do with my body except the Lord. The vaccines have been produced with fetal tissue, and I am staunchly opposed to abortion,” Thornton said.
“The components of the vaccines are not safe. There are many side effects that cause more harm than the coronavirus. It doesn’t protect against the variants. … Vaccinating everyone will not gain herd immunity and will only cause more variants to which those without natural immunity will succumb,” Thornton said.
Three other health care workers that are against the vaccine mandates reached out to The Epoch Times but didn’t want to have their names or employers disclosed.

(Natural News) The British government has spilled the beans about that fact that once you get “vaccinated” for the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19), you will never again be able to acquire full natural immunity.
In its Week 42 “COVID-19 vaccine surveillance report,” the U.K. Health Security Agency admitted on page 23 that “N antibody levels appear to be lower in people who acquire infection following two doses of vaccination.” It goes on to explain that this antibody drop is basically permanent.
“What’s this mean? Several things, all bad,” writes Alex Berenson. “We know the vaccines do not stop infection or transmission of the virus (in fact, the report shows elsewhere that vaccinated adults are now being infected at much HIGHER rates than the unvaccinated).”
“What the British are saying is they are now finding the vaccine interferes with your body’s innate ability after infection to produce antibodies against not just the spike protein but other pieces of the virus. Specifically, vaccinated people don’t seem to be producing antibodies to the nucleocapsid protein, the shell of the virus, which are a crucial part of the response in unvaccinated people.”
In the long term, people who take an “Operation Warp Speed” jab will be far more vulnerable to any mutations in the spike protein that might come along, even if they have already been infected and recovered once, or more than once.
The unvaccinated, meanwhile, will procure lasting, if not permanent, immunity to all strains of the alleged virus after being infected with it naturally even just once.
“It also means the virus is likely to select for mutations that go in exactly that direction, because those will essentially give it an enormous vulnerable population to infect,” Berenson further warns. “And it probably is still more evidence the vaccines may interfere with the development of robust long-term immunity post-infection.”
Trust in God, not Big Pharma
This is the same thing we have been warning about, only to face ridicule from the mainstream media and government sources that now claim natural immunity does not even exist.
There are two realities taking place simultaneously, in other words: one in which unvaccinated people are trusting God with the immunity, and the other where the “fully vaccinated” are trusting “science,” the government, and the media to give it to them through a needle.
Only one side is correct, and consequently, it is not the one taking the broad road into permanent immune damage through vaccination. The only people left in this world who will have a functioning immune system when all is said and done with this are those who made the decision to leave their bodies alone.
There is simply no need to take an injection for a virus that for most people shows no symptoms at all, let alone for a virus that has never even been isolated and proven to exist in the first place.
“This is the biggest scam in the history of mankind,” wrote one commenter at Berenson’s blog about this covid injection nightmare.
“The global elites have had this in the works since 1991-92,” wrote another. “Have you heard of Agenda 21? It was replaced in 2015 with U.N. Agenda 2030, or what is now referred to as the ‘great reset.’”
Another pointed out that even talking about Agenda 21 was for years considered to be a wild “conspiracy theory.” Now, that conspiracy theory has turned into a conspiracy fact.
“We’ve gone from a society trying to help pass along peace and prosperity, to letting scumbags infect us with bioweapons to wipe out everyone who is deemed inconsequential, irrelevant and disposable,” wrote another.

Think back for a few minutes, when the autism wave first came and some honest doctors started recognizing the true causes. The CDC had increased the vaccine schedule for children from about 18 vaccines by age 7, up to a whopping 60 vaccines by age 7. That was a tell-tale change that exposed vaccines as having neurodegenerative properties that can permanently damage the immune system (think ADE), central nervous system, brain activity and proper childhood development of systemic functions. Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) became an epidemic almost overnight, where instead of 1 in every 68 children developing it, it was 1 in every 10.
Now recall Bill Gates getting busted promoting tetanus vaccines in Africa that were found to contain sterilizing chemicals that had no business in those jabs. That was a major revelation that vaccines ARE being used as a population reduction weapon, and then Bill Gates bragged about it at one of his illustrious (sinister) TED conferences that we could reduce the world’s population by a few billion people if we do a “really great job with vaccines.”

(Natural News) The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) are legally required to collect and report accurate pharmacovigilance data in regard to every vaccine on the market. Pharmacovigilance is a necessary system of checks and balances that monitors activities relating to the detection, assessment, safety, understanding and prevention of adverse effects for medications and vaccines. These agencies are ignoring the monstrous spike in vaccine injuries and deaths, even as serious adverse events are under-reported by a factor of eight.
CDC, FDA are misleading the public, under-reporting serious adverse events following covid-19 vaccination
The Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) was set up as a passive surveillance system to monitor vaccine injuries and deaths. Physicians are required to report vaccine injuries to VAERS. The Department of Health and Human Services verifies all records before they are put in the database. In 2021, many vaccine injuries and sicknesses are ignored, not reported and passed off as normal, healthy reactions to the vaccine. Both the CDC and the FDA are legally required to adhere to the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 and the Information Quality Act, to report accurate information. These agencies have so far ignored the monstrous spike in vaccine injuries throughout 2021 and have downplayed the abominable rate of serious adverse events post vaccination (which includes over 14,000 deaths).
For instance, a recent study at Mass General Brigham found that anaphylaxis after COVID-19 vaccination occurred at a rate of 2.47 per 10,000 vaccinations. This severe adverse event is the most obvious of them all and must be reported by law. The CDC contends that “anaphylaxis after covid-19 vaccination is rare” and occurs approximately only once for every two to five million vaccine recipients. This embellished reporting conflicts with the Brigham study which finds anaphylaxis occurring 50 to 120 times more often than what VAERS and the CDC are reporting.
A 2020 paper published in Vaccine concludes that serious adverse events post vaccination are under-reported by a factor of 8.3! In 2021, there are some serious adverse events that are being reported at a rate that is more than 8.3 times higher than previous years. These rates are being ignored by the CDC and FDA. For example, in previous years of vaccine injury reporting, there is an average of only 1.4 cases of pulmonary embolism recorded after vaccination. In 2021, pulmonary embolism was reported 1,131 times!
CDC, FDA obfuscate the real data, take part in genocidal agenda
The CDC and FDA contend that individuals are reporting background health events that have nothing to do with the vaccines. Ironically, these agencies refused to acknowledge all the same underlying health factors, immunosuppression, diagnostic fraud and iatrogenic errors involved in the previous year’s covid-19 fatality rate.
In 2020, fraudulent testing protocols and guesswork hospital diagnostic policies inflated death counts for covid-19. These inflated statistics included multiple comorbidities and medical errors into the final death count; however, in 2021, hundreds of thousands of serious vaccine injuries are ignored because the government thinks that people are exaggerating and making things up — even as vaccine test subjects are hospitalized in the days following covid-19 vaccination. Most of these post-vaccine hospitalizations (approximately 80%) officially fall under the category of “unvaccinated” because the CDC does not consider individuals to be “fully vaccinated” until 14 days have passed since their second vaccination. Therefore, the pharmacovigilance data for faulty covid-19 vaccines is not only ignored and under-reported, but the data for these post-vaccination hospitalizations is skewed to give the appearance that unvaccinated people are the problem.
Pfizer’s own Phase 3 study recorded 1 COVID death in the vaccinated group and two COVID deaths in the unvaccinated group for every 22,000 people. With 220 million Americans now considered “fully vaccinated,” experts can argue that the vaccines have saved an estimated 10,000 lives – that is if each person’s immune system and current medical treatments were to hypothetically fail and no medical malpractice was involved.
Sadly, there are well over 14,000 American deaths recorded post vaccination and hundreds of thousands of needless vaccine injuries. One analysis shows there are now over 45,000 American deaths caused by the experimental genetic interference vaccine. The vaccines are killing more people and harming many more lives than they could hypothetically save. The CDC and FDA are not forthcoming with this data and are not providing adequate informed consent. If these “public health” agencies did admit that the covid-19 vaccine experiment is one of the biggest disasters of modern medicine, they would all go down as criminal frauds, caught up in a global genocidal agenda.

Vaccine Mandate Threatens Major Trucking Disruption, Industry Insiders Say

American truckers don’t like taking orders. But the Biden administration has increased pressure on some of them to take the vaccine—willing or unwilling.
All through the pandemic, truckers endured hardships to keep America’s infrastructure running. They waited in line for hours in sight of bathrooms they weren’t allowed to use. On the road, some died alone of COVID-19.
Now, with supply chains disrupted, Americans need them more than ever. But faced with the prospect of a mandated vaccination, many drivers are considering quitting.
“I’d fight it,” said veteran trucker Mike Widdins, referring to vaccine mandates. “I think a lot of us will be quitting. Who likes to be forced to do stuff you don’t want to do?”
Widdins isn’t alone in his willingness to leave trucking if he is required to vaccinate. Polls by trucking publications Commercial Carrier Journal and OverDrive indicate that up to 30 percent of truckers will seriously consider quitting if required to vaccinate. If they quit, the consequences for America may be massive. US Transport estimates that 70 percent of American freight goes by truck.
“It would hurt shipping big-time,” Widdins said.
Narrowing Lanes
President Joe Biden ordered his administration to mandate vaccines for private companies with over 100 employees. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) was charged with developing the rule and the Office of Budget and Management is currently reviewing it. The review process can take as long as 90 days.
Most of the trucking industry is composed of companies with less than 100 employees, though a significant portion is made of companies which would fall under the over-100-employee umbrella.
Most truck companies have six trucks or fewer, according to the American Trucking Associations.
Some experts say the selective reach of the mandate makes it ineffective. Barbara Smithers, vice president of the Indiana Motor Truck Association, told The Epoch Times via email that it makes little sense to “cherry pick” who to vaccinate based on company size.
“Truck drivers spend most of their work hours alone in the cab of a truck—literally one of the safest places possible during a pandemic—so why do they need to be regulated in this way?” she said. “Testing hundreds of thousands of truck drivers moving across the country every day is a virtual impossibility.”
For mandate-affected companies, Biden’s decision may drive away employees at a time when America needs them most. The American Trucking Associations estimates that America needs 80,000 more truckers to meet transportation needs.
Recently, supply chain crises have left many Americans in need. Transportation secretary Pete Buttigieg said the shortage will last as long as there’s a pandemic.
With backups unloading goods at America’s ports, shortages already threaten consumers. But if long lines of trucks waiting to ship goods suddenly become shorter, the crisis will become far worse.
Whether America runs short on trucks depends on the Biden administration’s orders and how truckers respond.
Joe Trucker and Joe Biden
Some truckers think of their job as their service to America. In exchange for long hours away from home, they get relatively low pay, independence, and the nation’s best sunsets.
The CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus hasn’t been kind to truckers. At a time when many Americans hunkered down at home, they were still on the road.
Trucking life during the pandemic was a series of frustrating restrictions, said trucker Victor Morales at a Georgia One9 truck stop. Morales has driven trucks for 25 years.
After a long day on the road, Morales would wait for hours to drop off a truckful of deliveries at a warehouse. But warehouse owners didn’t allow truckers to leave their cabs for any reason.
“You’re almost forced, like a second-class citizen,” he said. “They want the goods and services you got, but they don’t even want you to get out of your truck.”
If they arrived hungry, they waited hungry, he said. They weren’t even allowed to use the toilet only steps away.
“You can literally see a bathroom right there behind the glass. But you can’t get out,” said Morales.
In the eyes of drivers, Biden’s mandate is the last step in a long line of restrictions that don’t consider their needs or wants.
“It’s unconstitutional,” said one trucker who preferred to remain anonymous. “We’ll just buy our own damn trucks and run our own company. All we’ve got to do is shut down and the country doesn’t exist no more.”
For many drivers, the vaccine mandate may prove the final straw. Some drivers don’t trust the vaccine because of how new it is. Some distrust it for personal medical reasons. Others distrust it because they don’t trust the government.
“I had cancer years ago,” said trucker Jack McGregory. “I don’t want to put something that I don’t know exactly what it will do into my body. If I die, I want to die with a little more time on my hands than that.”
McGregory said that he would rather quit than vaccinate.
But even those who take the vaccine say they oppose the mandate.
At the Pilot Truck Stop at I-69 and Wadhams Road in Michigan, all 10 truckers interviewed by The Epoch Times said they took the vaccine but oppose a vaccine mandate.
Kevin Hambrick, a longtime driver with Fortune 500 transportation company J.B. Hunt, opposes the mandate.
“Each guy should make his own choice,” Hambrick said.
In Arizona, Florida-based truck driver Juan Martinez said that he knows life without freedom, having lived under Cuban communism. He also received a COVID-19 shot and opposes the mandate.
“You have to decide for yourself,” he said. “People should do whatever they want to do.”
Many drivers feel pressured by their employers. After a year of difficult pandemic restrictions, it seems to them that COVID-19 rules grow ever more invasive.
In Flagstaff, Arizona, a long-distance truck driver in his late 20s asked not to be identified, fearing reprisal by his employer.
“There’s no place in the middle right now,” he said, adding “if you want to put something in your body, it’s your personal choice.”
Other truckers who did not want to be named said they felt angry at those who mandated the vaccine.
“We run our country,” one said. “They don’t give a [expletive] about this country.”
Roads to Health
According to the Biden administration, America needs the new vaccine to increase protection against the CCP virus.
“The vast majority of Americans are doing the right thing,” president Joe Biden said in a press conference on Sept. 9. But more people should get vaccinated, he added.
According to the CDC, COVID-19 vaccines are “safe, effective, and free.” The efficacy of all three vaccines approved for use in the U.S. dwindles over time, requiring booster shots.
U.S. states with the highest vaccination rates recently experienced outbreaks. The number of cases in Vermont, the state with the highest vaccination rate in the United States, reached a record level earlier this month and hospitalizations were close to the records made last winter. The state recorded the deadliest day and the second deadliest month of the pandemic in September.
As of Oct. 24, more than 57 percent of Americans were fully vaccinated against the CCP virus, according to the CDC.
“We’ve been patient, but our patience is wearing thin,” Biden said to people who have not gotten a vaccine. “Your refusal has cost all of us.”
Some medical experts say clusters of unvaccinated people allow the virus to mutate into a form that can bypass the vaccine.
“It’s perhaps just a matter of time,” University of Alabama at Birmingham medicine professor Dr. Michael Saag said. “A new variant could emerge where we won’t be so fortunate, and the existing vaccines won’t work.”
A recent executive order suggested that the White House is aware of a potential truck shortage. Biden signed an executive order on Oct. 20 that temporarily lifts weight restrictions on trucks and encourages more people to become truckers.
Neither the White House nor the Department of Transportation responded to repeated requests for comment on this story.
Collision Course
Truck industry experts say that truckers with the option to quit will do so if forced to take the vaccine.
Joe Sculley, the president of Motor Transport Association of Connecticut, said that he sees a scenario playing out for those who oppose or refuse to comply with the mandate.
“Drivers will leave bigger companies and look for smaller ones that do not have to comply with the mandate, or they will quit altogether and look for another profession,” he said.
Right now, the supply chain crisis, the number of drivers who oppose vaccination, and the driver shortage leave the best cards in the hands of drivers, Sculley added.
“Drivers have leverage,” he said. “It won’t be an empty threat. Nobody is going to be quickly replaced.”
Jim Ward, president of D.M. Bowman and Chairman of the Truckload Carriers Associations, agreed that truckers are serious about quitting because of vaccine mandates.
“With driver availability already limited, any exodus due to compliance with a vaccine mandate would put our nation and its economy in an even more precarious situation,” he said.
Ward added that drivers who quit can’t easily be replaced. They require training.
“Our nation’s professional truck drivers are the safest, most well-trained operators on the road today. Replacing any driver who leaves the industry is not an overnight process,” he said.
Biden’s best chance to bring in new drivers comes from a pilot program in his recent infrastructure bill that would allow 18-to-21-year-old truckers drive cargo across state lines. The program would create a “test group” of 18- to 21-year-olds who would be followed to “see how they would perform” Sculley said.
However, the American trucking industry has long faced a driver shortage. Long hours away from home and mediocre pay don’t attract new drivers to the business, even when they have the right skills.
Impact
New workers also might not compare with longtime professionals. Experienced truckers thread their trucks through a complex ballet of traffic conditions and federal regulations to arrive on time.
Football games, the Kentucky Derby, hurricanes two states over, and other issues can all mean higher traffic along a route, said Morales.
If Biden’s mandate goes through, the most experienced truckers are most likely to quit, Morales said.
In 10 years, nearly 30 percent of truckers will be 65 or older, according to Department of Transportation statistics. Often, these drivers make more money and have cash saved up, said Morales.
“The mandate is going to affect the older drivers that have been here a while,” he said. “They’re gonna have a choice.”
If these drivers retire early, it will be a challenge to replace them. To become a trucker, a driver must pass his commercial driver’s license (CDL) test, a process that usually takes four to seven weeks. During the pandemic, many truck driving schools closed, and training schools issued at least 100,000 fewer CDLS.
Short-term truckers are often unreliable, said small truck company owner Pete Falkenstern. He calls them “cowboys.”
“If somebody’s done it for a long time and hasn’t had a lot of accidents, they’ve been pretty safe,” he said. “They probably take some pride in what they do.”
If 20 percent of truckers quit because of the mandate, America will lose about 15 percent of its transportation capacity.
America’s infrastructure relies most on trucks. As a transportation system, trucks are incredibly flexible. They can go anywhere at any time, can carry many kinds of goods, and are the most cost-effective form of transportation over short to medium distances.
“I love this industry, but without us this country would shut down in three days,” said trucker Jack McGregory.
Even so, the trucking industry has a high turnover rate.
Backing Up
The vaccine mandate will only directly affect companies with over 100 people, but small truck companies won’t have the required resources to absorb many additional drivers, Falkenstern said.
“I would love to be able to accommodate 30 people, but the work is not here to support that many,” he said. “I don’t want to operate any more than what I have because of insurance regulations.”
Large truck companies also tend to be cheaper, said Falkenstern. They can buy things in bulk and self-insure.
“A lot of the bigger companies can keep prices down,” he said. “They can get a lower cost because it’s in bulk.”
Cathy Roberson, the president of Logistics Trends and Insights LLC, said it’s unclear right now what the long-term impact of the vaccine mandate will be.
If truckers quit, the mandate could damage America’s logistics system, Robertson said. But if they switch to smaller companies, Biden’s executive order might only reshuffle employees.
“It really hurts the larger trucking companies more than anything else,” Robertson said, adding that whatever the case, the mandate will exacerbate current supply chain issues.
Logistics workers are already wrestling with the worst supply chain issues ever seen, said Lisa Anderson, the president of logistics group LMA Consulting.
“It’s unprecedented. It’s never happened before,” she said.
Right now, logistics issues have made it difficult to find replacement parts for trucks, she said. Businesses find themselves in a catch-22; To fix their trucks, they need trucks to transport parts.
Anderson said the vaccine mandate will almost certainly worsen the driver shortage.
“They are more of a lone wolf, always navigating complex situations on their own,” she said. “They don’t like to be told what to do.”
Delays Ahead
If truckers follow through with what they say they will do, America’s supply chain crisis may soon become far worse.
From a perspective based purely on material benefits, it seems like it’s only logical to obey the mandate. Truckers can take the vaccine, keep their jobs, and keep the national supply chain running.
But human beings often want to assert that they amount to more than mere links in a chain, pulling on command from the federal government. The logic of individual freedom doesn’t calculate for material benefits.
“It’s just that shoving-it-down-your-throat part,” Morales said. “Our first instinct will be to push back.”
